Equity Residential manages one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the country, with a growing footprint across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex from Deep Ellum and downtown Dallas to new luxury developments in Frisco, Arlington, and Fort Worth along with a couple in Austin, TX. Each property needed updated video and drone content, but coordinating multiple vendors across the metro created inconsistency in quality, turnaround, and brand standards.
