Equity Residential manages one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the country, with a growing footprint across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex from Deep Ellum and downtown Dallas to new luxury developments in Frisco, Arlington, and Fort Worth along with a couple in Austin, TX. Each property needed updated video and drone content, but coordinating multiple vendors across the metro created inconsistency in quality, turnaround, and brand standards. We became the single video production partner across all eleven properties. One point of contact, one standard of quality, one turnaround expectation.
