Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this North Austin community.
St. Johns West Apartments is a modern community located at 601 W St Johns Avenue in Austin's Highland neighborhood, built in 2020 and situated just 7 miles north of Downtown Austin. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with tall ceilings, distinct finishes, granite countertops, and natural light throughout. North Central Austin's Highland area has seen significant recent development, with quick access to downtown via the nearby Crestview MetroRail station, local coffee shops, parks, and the Berry M. Whitaker Sports Complex. We produced video and drone content delivering content built for leasing and digital marketing.
