This section supplements the existing policy and explains the controls currently provided on this website. For optional website tracking and changes to cookie choices, this section controls if earlier wording describes a different process. The references elsewhere to possible providers and features do not mean that every listed provider or feature is active on every visit.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functions, requested preferences, analytics, and company-visitor identification. Optional Google Analytics and Goji tracking remain off until you allow the corresponding category in our privacy controls. Continuing to browse, closing the settings window, or leaving the banner unanswered does not enable these optional technologies.

Open privacy choices to allow or reject optional categories or change a previous choice. The same control is available in every page footer. Necessary site delivery, security, and preferences you request remain available. We remember cookie choices in this browser for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Clearing browser storage, using another browser, or using another device may require a new choice.

We use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits and interactions, including contact-form, telephone-link, and email-link interactions. Depending on the interaction, Google receives browser and device information, online identifiers, visited pages, referring URLs, and usage events. Our analytics integration disables Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals. The current Tag Manager inventory contains Google Analytics tags; the references to Meta, LinkedIn, and advertising platforms elsewhere in this policy describe possible technologies rather than confirming those tags are currently active.

With your permission for company identification, Goji (Gojiberry) processes visit, network, browser, device, and page-interaction information to identify companies showing interest in our services. Goji may associate a company visit with business contacts at that company for business development. Those contacts may not be the individuals who visited. The tool identifies companies rather than the specific person visiting. See Goji’s Privacy Policy.

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as an opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for our optional company-identification technology and keep that category disabled. Our analytics category remains separately controlled, with advertising features disabled. This does not assert that every use of a provider legally constitutes a sale or sharing of personal information.

Changing cookie choices controls future optional tracking in this browser. Withdrawing permission may reload the page to stop a previously loaded provider. It does not delete information already received by us or a provider. To request access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right, contact info@clearformcreative.com. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in that message or contact us. These are separate choices, and rejecting cookies does not unsubscribe an email address or submit a deletion request.

When you submit our contact form, we use Close to receive and manage your inquiry, including the contact details, company and project information you provide, and page or campaign information attached to the submission. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from contacting us.
