Equity Residential manages one of the largest multifamily portfolios in the country, with a significant concentration across the greater Los Angeles market from Koreatown and Downtown LA to Playa del Rey and the South Bay. Each property needed updated photo, video, and drone content, but coordinating multiple vendors across LA's sprawl created inconsistency in quality, turnaround, and brand standards.
