Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this East Austin community near Lady Bird Lake.
The Weaver Apartments is a 250-unit community located at 1401 Art Dilly Drive in Austin's East Cesar Chavez neighborhood, built in 2020 and situated less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown. The property offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, private balconies and patios, and ample natural light. East Austin is one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods, with the Rainey Street Historic District, Lady Bird Lake trails, and a thriving art and dining scene just blocks away. We produced video and drone content along delivering content ready for leasing platforms and portfolio marketing.
