THE BRIEF
Create a video presentation that clearly presents the property, amenities, and surrounding area for leasing and marketing use.
Remy is a 357-unit luxury mid-rise apartment community located within Frisco Square, developed through a partnership between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Equity Residential. The property features studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, smart home technology, and hardwood-style flooring. We produced video and drone content capturing the building exteriors, resort-style pool and sundeck, two-story fitness center, sky lounge with terrace, coworking spaces, courtyards with hammocks and fire pits, and unit interiors.
