THE BRIEF
Create a video presentation that clearly presents the property, amenities, and surrounding area for leasing and marketing use.
The Lyle is a 334-unit luxury mid-rise community located at 17727 Addison Road in North Dallas, developed through a partnership between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Equity Residential. The property offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, smart home technology, and hardwood-style flooring. Built to meet LEED Gold certification standards, the community features the area's only saltwater swimming pool, a sky lounge with outdoor terrace, a coworking lounge with Starbucks coffee bar, and a fitness center with flex studios. We produced video and drone content capturing amenity spaces, unit interiors, and building exteriors.
