Create a video and drone presentation that positions this West Dallas community as an urban lifestyle property.
Westerly Apartments is located at 411 W Commerce Street in West Dallas, less than two miles from downtown. The property offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 549 to 1,762 square feet with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private balconies. We produced video and drone content capturing building exteriors, the resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, resident art studio, rooftop lounge with skyline views, and unit interiors, delivering content ready for leasing platforms and digital marketing.
