SECTION 10
Current controls and provider inventory
This section supplements the existing Cookie Policy. It governs the current optional tracking controls if earlier language suggests that continued browsing alone gives consent or refers to a different banner. No optional Google Analytics or Goji tracking is activated simply because you continue using the site.
Open privacy choices to reopen the settings window. Select your categories and choose Save choices, Reject optional, or Accept all. If Global Privacy Control is active, company identification remains off and Accept analytics permits only analytics. Closing the window without saving leaves your existing choices unchanged.
- Clearform preferences: the privacy-choice record is stored locally in your browser under clearform-privacy-v1 and expires after 180 days. A separate notice timestamp, clearform-privacy-notice-v1, is stored for up to 30 days to avoid repeatedly showing the banner. This timestamp does not grant permission for optional tracking. Theme and accessibility preferences are stored when requested and remain until changed or browser storage is cleared. These preferences are not advertising identifiers.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: enabled only when Analytics is allowed. They measure visits and site interactions using online identifiers, browser and device information, page and referral information, and usage events. Google advertising features are disabled in this integration. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by a property identifier. Actual cookie expiry is determined by the provider configuration and can be inspected in your browser. See Google’s cookie information.
- Goji (Gojiberry): enabled only when Company identification is allowed and Global Privacy Control is not active. It uses visit, network, browser, device, and page-interaction information for company-level identification and business development. Provider identifiers, storage, and retention are governed by its configuration and privacy information; storage duration varies with the provider’s configuration and the type of identifier.
The current Tag Manager container contains Google Analytics and related interaction tags. The existing references to Meta, LinkedIn, Google advertising, and other possible providers are retained for context and do not establish that those tags are currently active. The inventory and controls must be updated before additional optional providers are activated.
Global Privacy Control keeps company identification disabled. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking after the page reloads and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser settings can also clear existing cookies and storage. A website cannot directly remove another domain’s cookies or erase information already received by a provider. Cookie settings are separate from marketing unsubscribe and requests to delete information already held; see our Privacy Policy for those options.
