THE BRIEF

Portfolio-wide photography production for one of San Francisco's largest nonprofit affordable housing developers, captured across 38 properties in 3 production days.
Mission Housing Development Corporation operates a portfolio of nearly 40 affordable housing properties across San Francisco, from named multifamily communities in the Mission and SoMa to scattered-site rehabs throughout Potrero, Bayview, and the outer neighborhoods. Their team needed updated photography across the entire portfolio for marketing, fundraising, board reporting, and community communications. Trevor Jones, Senior Asset Manager at Mission Housing, found us through search looking for a different kind of production partner. Someone who could handle a multifamily portfolio in bulk without the overhead of a large agency, deliver consistent quality across every property, and work directly with him from kickoff through delivery. One contact, one production team, 38 properties.

Scope & Execution

THE CHALLENGE
38 properties spread across San Francisco - from dense Mission Street clusters to scattered sites in Bayview and the outer neighborhoods. Each property had its own access logistics, onsite contact, and preparation requirements. Coordinating this scale typically requires institutional procurement and multiple vendor relationships.
HOW WE HANDLED IT
Single point of contact from scope to delivery. We built a regional routing plan grouping all 38 properties into three production days by geographic cluster, coordinated directly with each building manager on access and unit availability, and ran the entire production with one consistent crew and editing standard.
THE RESULT
38 properties captured in 3 days. 10 photos per property plus drone aerials where FAA airspace permitted. Final delivery in under two weeks. No vendor coordination, no quality variance, no handoffs.
