Create a video presentation that clearly presents the property, amenities, and surrounding area for leasing and marketing use.
The Louise is a 375-unit Audubon-certified apartment community in the Viridian neighborhood of Arlington, situated between Dallas and Fort Worth. The property offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans with granite countertops, smart-home technology, and screened-in patios. I produced video and drone content across the building exteriors, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, indoor golf simulator, resident lounges, library, and unit interiors, delivering a complete content package for leasing and portfolio marketing.
