Create video presentation that clearly presents the property, its amenities, and its location for leasing and marketing use.
Indie Deep Ellum is a modern apartment community located in Dallas’s Deep Ellum neighborhood, surrounded by dining, music, and nightlife. We produced video only for this project, capturing the building, amenity spaces, and unit interiors with an emphasis on movement and flow. City and neighborhood footage was included to place the property within its urban context, resulting in a focused video set designed for digital marketing and leasing platforms.
