The Brief
Create a video and drone presentation showcasing the townhome product within The Louise community.
The Louise Townhomes are part of the broader Louise community at 4151 Viridian Village Drive in Arlington, offering a distinct townhome living experience within the same Audubon-certified development. These two- and three-bedroom residences feature granite countertops, custom cabinetry, private patios or balconies, and two-car garages. Townhome residents also get exclusive access to the Viridian Lake Club, five additional pools, and paddleboard and canoe access.
We produced video and drone content focused on the townhome interiors, private outdoor spaces, and the shared amenity access that connects townhome residents to the full Louise community. The content was produced alongside the main Louise shoot for brand consistency across both product types.
