THE BRIEF
Create a video and drone presentation for this new luxury community in Fort Worth's River District.
The Sadie is a 362-unit luxury mid-rise apartment community located at 228 Athenia Drive in Fort Worth's River District, developed through a partnership between Toll Brothers Apartment Living and Equity Residential. The property offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans with quartz countertops, European-style cabinetry, and hardwood-style flooring. We produced video and drone content capturing the resort-style pool with cabanas and fire pits, rooftop sky lounge, coworking lounge, fitness center with yoga studio, resident bar, unit interiors, and building exteriors.
