Create a video and drone presentation that captures this garden-style community and its connection to surrounding trails and parks.
railwinds Grapevine is a 324-unit garden-style apartment community located at 4501 State Highway 360 in Grapevine, originally built in 2023 and acquired by Equity Residential from Greystar and Carlyle Group. The property offers one- through three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 705 to 1,693 square feet, featuring 10-foot ceilings, farmhouse kitchen sinks, wine refrigerators, and private balconies. We produced video and drone content across the building exteriors, resort-style pool with cabana and outdoor kitchen, multi-sport simulator lounge, coworking spaces, pet spa, jogging trails, and unit interiors.
