Create a video presentation that clearly presents the property, amenities, and surrounding area for leasing and marketing use.
Olivian at The Realm is a modern apartment community located within The Realm district, surrounded by retail, dining, and employment centers. We produced video only for this project, capturing the building, amenity spaces, and unit interiors with an emphasis on movement and spatial flow. Area and neighborhood footage was included to place the property within its broader context, resulting in a clean, focused video set built for digital marketing and leasing platforms.
