Create a video presentation with supporting exterior photography for this beachside community in Playa del Rey.
Mariposa at Playa del Rey is a 354-unit apartment community located at 8700 Pershing Drive, situated between the Pacific Ocean and the Ballona Wetlands. The property offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans with renovated finishes including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hard surface flooring, and in-home washer/dryers. The community is within walking distance to Dockweiler Beach and The Strand Bike Trail, with Playa Vista and Marina del Rey just minutes away. We produced video content along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering content built for leasing and digital marketing.
