Next on Sixth Apartments is located at 620 S Virgil Avenue in Koreatown, known for its colorful murals and modern design. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with hard surface flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Koreatown is one of LA's most energetic neighborhoods, packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping, with the Wilshire/Vermont Metro just a few blocks away for quick access to Downtown and North Hollywood. We produced video and drone content capturing the building and its signature murals, along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering a polished content set for leasing and digital marketing.
