Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this historic DTLA building.
Pegasus Apartments is a 322-unit community located at 612 S Flower Street in DTLA's Financial District. Originally built in 1949 as the General Petroleum Building, the property has been converted into loft-style apartments featuring 9-foot ceilings, large bi-fold windows, espresso-toned floors, and granite countertops. The building sits steps from THE BLOC, the 7th Street Metro Station, and LA Live, surrounded by downtown's best restaurants, bars, and entertainment. We produced video and drone content capturing the building's historic architecture and its position within the downtown skyline, along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering content that highlights the property's heritage for leasing and portfolio marketing.
