Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this Little Tokyo community near DTLA's Historic Core.
STOA Apartments is a 238-unit community located at 222 S Main Street in Little Tokyo, steps from LA's Historic Core. Built in 2017, the property offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with stainless steel appliances, in-home washer/dryers, smart home technology, and modern finishes throughout. Little Tokyo is a thriving cultural hub home to world-class dining, the Japanese Village Plaza, and landmarks like the Disney Concert Hall and MOCA, with the Arts District and the rest of downtown within easy walking distance. We produced video and drone content along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering content built for leasing platforms and portfolio marketing.
