Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this modern Koreatown community.
Radius Koreatown Apartments is located at 680 S New Hampshire Avenue in the heart of Koreatown, near downtown LA. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with open-concept kitchens, 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, private balconies, and in-home washer/dryers. Koreatown is one of LA's most dynamic neighborhoods, known for its dense concentration of restaurants, karaoke clubs, shopping, and nightlife, with Downtown LA just moments away. We produced video and drone content along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering a consistent content package for leasing and digital marketing.
