Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this South Bay community near LAX.
Pacific Place Apartments is a 430-unit community located at 5211 Pacific Concourse Drive in El Segundo, where the South Bay meets West LA. The property offers studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, including loft-style layouts with 24-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, and fireplaces. El Segundo offers urban convenience with a suburban feel, minutes from LAX without being under the flight path, and less than four miles to the beach with easy access to Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey, and Santa Monica. We produced video and drone content along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering content ready for leasing platforms and portfolio marketing.
