Bella Vista at Warner Ridge Apartments is located at 6150 De Soto Avenue in Woodland Hills, in the western San Fernando Valley. The property offers a range of floor plans with modern finishes and community amenities. Woodland Hills sits at the base of the Santa Monica Mountains with easy access to the 101 freeway, the Westfield Topanga shopping center, and the trails and open space of the surrounding foothills. We produced video and drone content capturing the property from the air along with neighborhood highlights delivering content ready for leasing platforms and portfolio marketing.
