Create a video and drone presentation with supporting exterior photography for this established Koreatown community.
Hampshire Place Apartments is a 259-unit residential community located at 501 S New Hampshire Avenue in the heart of Koreatown and the Mid-Wilshire district. The property offers studios, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with renovated finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private balconies.
The neighborhood is one of LA's most vibrant, known for its Korean restaurants, culture, and nightlife, with the Wilshire/Vermont Metro stop just two blocks away for easy access to Hollywood and Downtown LA. We produced video and drone content along with minimal exterior ground photography, delivering a clean content package for leasing and digital marketing.
