THE BRIEF
Create a video and drone presentation with supporting photography for this dual-building community in West LA's Howard Hughes Center.
Altitude is a 545-unit apartment community split between two six-story buildings at 5900 and 6040 Center Drive in West LA's Howard Hughes Center. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with glass tile backsplashes, Caesarstone counters, and stainless steel appliances. The community sits within the 70-acre Howard Hughes Center campus, bordering the Silicon Beach corridor with convenient access to LAX, the Promenade shopping center, and the beaches of Playa del Rey and Manhattan Beach. We produced video and drone content across both building structures, along with comprensive photography, delivering a consistent visual package for leasing and portfolio marketing.
