The brief
One coordinated industrial media production across Link's Minneapolis-St. Paul portfolio.
Link Logistics expanded its ongoing relationship with Clearform Creative into Minnesota, commissioning one regional production across seven industrial business parks in Bloomington, Eagan, Fridley and Shoreview. The assignment covered 14 Link property IDs and followed previous Link and Link Parks portfolio work in Southern California, Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Texas.
This was one coordinated production program, not seven disconnected shoots. We built a single regional schedule around property access, management contacts, site plans, drone requirements and the changing light needed for daytime, sunset and twilight coverage. The result was one consistent visual standard across the market, with each property still receiving a clearly organized media library for its own leasing and marketing needs.

How we produced it.
The challenge
Seven business parks, 14 property IDs and multiple daytime and twilight windows had to fit within one six-day regional run. The properties varied from individual office/warehouse buildings to four-building campuses, with different access plans, lighting priorities and drone operating conditions.
Our approach
We centralized scheduling, property-manager communication, site planning and aerial review before production. A standardized shot methodology and color treatment kept the portfolio consistent, while property-level capture lists and file structures preserved useful coverage for every Link asset.

The outcome
Link received one organized Minnesota media library with ready-to-use edited photography, reusable raw photography and professionally color-graded video source footage. Daytime, aerial, sunset and twilight material was separated by property and capture type so leasing and marketing teams could use the work immediately or build future edits from the source library.
