Flagship Business Campus

Flagship Business Campus spans four one-story flex warehouse facilities at 935, 915, 895 and 875 Blue Gentian Road in Eagan, totaling approximately 267,400 square feet. The campus combines office areas, warehouse space, surface parking and loading, with 24-foot clear height published for Buildings I and IV. Its location provides access to I-494, Highway 55, Dodd Road and I-35E, with Building I marketing placing MSP Airport about nine minutes away.

Because all four assets follow the same corridor, campus-wide aerial photography was central to the production. We paired those views with building-specific ground photography, architectural details, loading coverage and ground video, then captured aerial, sunset and twilight material. The final structure kept four property IDs distinct while preserving a coherent visual read across the full campus.

Commercial Video Production
The video library combines Blue Gentian Road drive-through context, building-level ground footage and campus-scale aerials across daytime, sunset and twilight. Each clip was professionally color graded and organized for future property, portfolio and social edits.
