Rice Creek Business Center I is an approximately 114,100-square-foot Class A flex industrial building on a 10.4-acre site at 5910 Rice Creek Parkway in Shoreview. The property supports showroom, office, warehouse and manufacturing uses with dock and drive-in loading. Its North Metro location sits beside I-35W, with access through County Roads I and J.

The property was added shortly before the Minnesota production and incorporated without extending the regional shoot window. Its scope was intentionally daytime-only: ground photography and video documented the frontage, entries and industrial function, while aerial photography and video established the site, I-35W relationship and broader Shoreview context. Delivery included edited photography, raw photography and color-graded daytime source footage.
