The brief
Create a clear, engaging portfolio video for Fortress's European assets using only a limited set of still photos.
With no video footage available, we built the project entirely in post production, using AI-driven techniques to convert still photography into motion-based visuals. We structured the edit to tell a concise story of the portfolio, combining animated movement, clean pacing, and 3D map graphics to show asset locations across Europe. The result was a short, easy-to-follow visual used for internal presentations and conferences, giving the client a polished video solution without requiring new on-site production.

How we produced it.
The challenge
Fortress needed a portfolio video showcasing their European assets spanning hospitality, commercial, and residential properties, but had no video footage available. Only a limited set of still photos existed, and sending a production team across Europe was not in scope.
Our approach
We built the entire project in post production using AI-driven techniques to transform still photography into motion-based visuals. The edit was structured to tell a clear story of the portfolio's geographic reach and asset diversity, with animated movement, clean pacing, and custom 3D map graphics showing property locations across Europe.
