Create a single portfolio-level video that clearly communicates the scale, performance, and strategic value of Fortress's industrial assets across Southern California.
We filmed across 17 industrial properties throughout Southern California, capturing each asset with a mix of ground video, aerial footage, and location-driven context. The edit was structured to highlight where each property sits, the surrounding infrastructure, and the role it plays within the broader portfolio, with ROI and value clearly supported through visuals and motion graphics. Advanced post production and custom graphics tied everything together into a cohesive presentation, resulting in a polished showcase used for internal presentations and conference settings across the company.

THE CHALLENGE
Fortress needed a single video that could represent 17 industrial properties across Southern California in a way that communicated portfolio-level scale, strategic positioning, and investment value, all in a format polished enough for internal leadership presentations and conference settings.
HOW WE HANDLED IT
We filmed across all 17 properties over 12 days, capturing ground video, aerial footage, and location-driven context at each site. The edit was built around geographic positioning and infrastructure, showing how each asset fits within the broader portfolio. Custom motion graphics and data visualizations were layered in to support ROI and performance metrics, tying every property into one cohesive narrative.
