THE BRIEF
The listing team needed comprehensive photography covering the creative office interiors, ground-floor retail, and surrounding Downtown Santa Monica streetscape for marketing and leasing materials.
We combined drone aerials of the Wilshire corridor with street-level exteriors and detailed interior coverage of the office space—highlighting the open layout, natural light, and design details. Lifestyle shots captured the neighborhood context.
