Create a comprehensive photo and video media package with a polished video deliverable for the available units at this Torrance campus-style business park.
Torrance Business Park offers 147,000 square feet of commercial real estate across five two-story buildings at 2421 West 205th Street in Torrance, set on 8.2 acres of tree-lined walkways and landscaped grounds. The park provides flex and office space in the heart of the South Bay, with proximity to the Torrance Civic Center, Del Amo Fashion Mall, and major commuting routes. We produced ground photography of the inside office units along with a polished video deliverable showcasing the available units.
