THEA at Metropolis is a 56-story luxury rental tower at 1000 W 8th Street in Downtown Los Angeles, the tallest residential building in DTLA and the final phase of the $1 billion Metropolis development. The property features floor-to-ceiling glass with panoramic views of the downtown skyline and Hollywood Hills, over 1.5 acres of landscaped outdoor amenity space, downtown's largest pool, a 27th-floor sky lounge, resort-style cabanas, a fitness center, yoga studio, and ground-floor retail. I produced a full property highlight video showcasing common areas, exteriors, drone aerials, and city context shots with heavy emphasis on the views, along with individual model unit walkthrough videos across multiple floor plans. Over time, the scope expanded to include VFX post-production removing legacy branding from drone footage across multiple existing videos, photography pickup shots for updated marketing materials, refreshed aerial photography, and a narrated design specification video with professional voiceover for the ownership group. Production has spanned multiple phases and deliverable types under an ongoing relationship.
