The Brief
Create compelling video and social media content during active construction so the property could be brought to market and positioned for auction as quickly as possible.
The One Bel Air is a landmark ultra luxury estate in Los Angeles, produced and marketed ahead of its public auction. We filmed over three days, capturing the property across daytime, sunrise, and twilight to present a complete sense of scale and atmosphere.
Production included drone and FPV footage alongside traditional ground cinematography to move through the home in a dynamic, engaging way. With construction still in progress, we carefully framed coverage to highlight the strongest architectural moments and amenities while minimizing unfinished areas, resulting in a polished presentation that supported early marketing and social distribution prior to auction.
