The Brief
Present a high end coastal estate with visuals that capture both the property itself and the lifestyle it supports.
Residence set in Malibu, defined by privacy, amenities, and a strong arrival experience. We produced a cinematic property video focused on architectural flow, interior spaces, and outdoor features, paired with detailed coverage of the grounds.
In addition, we directed and filmed lifestyle scenes with two models using the home, including arrival sequences by car, time spent on the tennis court, and moments that show how the property is lived in. The result is a polished, people forward presentation that balances real estate marketing with lifestyle storytelling. This production was created for Joyce Rey.
