The Flicker Estate

We worked directly with ownership to build a layered photo and video capture plan that focused on both scope and storytelling. Coverage included wide architectural shots to establish scale, detailed imagery to highlight finishes and materials, and aerial footage to contextualize the property within its surroundings.

We filmed across multiple lighting conditions, daytime, twilight, and sunrise, and incorporated timelapses to add movement and pacing. The final visuals balance grandeur with intimacy, giving the property a cinematic presence while still allowing viewers to absorb the home in detail. This production was created for The Agency.
