The Brief
Create flexible photo and video assets for an industrial business park while also producing a focused listing video for an available vacant unit.
Springlake Business Center is an industrial park designed to support a range of warehouse and light industrial uses. We captured high quality photography and clean, adaptable raw video footage across the park, focusing on overall layout, building exteriors, access points, and key details that support leasing.
In addition, we filmed inside a vacant tenant unit and produced a dedicated listing video tailored for online marketing and LoopNet/other platforms, giving brokers a clear, walk through style asset to promote availability. As with all Link Parks projects, we delivered files organized and named to match internal standards so content could be used immediately without extra handling.
