Signal Hill Business Park encompasses approximately 108,358 square feet across six buildings at 2225 E 28th Street in Signal Hill. The park offers office, flex, and warehouse suites with individual suite identification, free on-site parking, grade-level overhead doors, and 24-hour access. Placed on the desired 28th Street corridor with building signage available, the park is a block from I-405 and within proximity to Long Beach Airport and the Port of Los Angeles. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots, drone photo and video at daytime, sunset, and twilight, raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team, and a polished video deliverable showcasing the park.
