Santal is a contemporary multifamily community in Thousand Oaks designed around clean architecture and shared amenity spaces. We produced leasing focused photo and video content showcasing units, common areas, and the overall flow of the property. In addition to the main deliverables, we brought in a model to film social media reels walking through the space, giving the client dynamic, people forward content built specifically for short form platforms. The final media works across listings, marketing campaigns, and social channels as a cohesive set.
