The Brief
Create a comprehensive photo and video media package for this high-profile Silicon Valley commerce park.
Santa Clara Commerce Park is a 251,413-square-foot business park across 11 buildings at 2300-2398 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara. The park offers a blend of flex, warehouse, R&D, and office space with suites ranging from 140 to 14,000 square feet, a 3.3 per 1,000 SF parking ratio, and on-site amenities including a deli and fitness facility.
Located on the high-visibility corner of San Tomas Expressway and Walsh Avenue with over 70,000 cars daily, the park sits across from the Nvidia worldwide headquarters campus with easy access to I-880, US-101, and San Jose International Airport. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots, drone photo and video at daytime, sunset, and twilight showcasing the full park and individual buildings, and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team. This production was created for Link Logistics, Link Parks.
