Create photo and video content that supports leasing and marketing while also supplying a large volume of social ready assets.
Sagewind Ranch is a multifamily community in Lancaster designed around modern living and shared amenity spaces. We produced leasing focused photo and video content showcasing units, common areas, and amenities with a consistent, usable look across platforms. In addition to the primary deliverables, we captured over 90 raw vertical video clips specifically for social media, giving the client a deep content library for ongoing internal marketing and short form campaigns.
