The Brief
Create photo and video content that presents a luxury apartment community while telling a lifestyle driven story that reflects how residents actually use the space.
Renata at Lakewood Ranch is a high end multifamily community designed around resort style amenities, wellness spaces, and an active social environment. We produced a multi day shoot that combined traditional property coverage with lifestyle storytelling, working with six models interacting throughout the community.
Our team handled storyboarding, concept development, on set directing, filming, and post production to shape everything into one cohesive narrative. The final photo and video assets highlight both the design of the property and the day to day experience it offers, built for leasing, marketing, and digital campaigns. This production was created for Ryan Companies.
