Rafferty is a contemporary multifamily development in Santa Ana known for its modern architecture, layered amenities, and strong connection to the surrounding neighborhood. We worked closely with both the development team and Greystar management to produce leasing focused photography and video that clearly communicates the property’s design, shared spaces, and resident experience. Content was captured across units and amenities with an emphasis on consistency and usability across platforms. The project has received multiple industry awards, and the collaboration required careful alignment with brand standards, management goals, and marketing timelines to deliver media that could perform at a high level across leasing and promotional channels.
