Rae on Sunset is a 200-unit luxury apartment community at 7566 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, spanning two distinct five-story sister buildings with over 27,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The Laurel building features softer wood accents while the Crescent building carries a more eclectic, vibrant design. Amenities across both buildings include the Sol and Lunar pool decks, Canyon Club lounge, Stellar Lounge, Observatory and Stargazer rooftop terraces with views of downtown LA and the Hollywood Hills, Studio Glow and Studio Beam fitness centers, the Sanctuary courtyard, and two-story penthouse residences with private balconies. I produced a two-day cinematic lifestyle video with two models integrated into a day-in-the-life narrative across both buildings, covering lobbies, pool decks, rooftops, fitness areas, co-working spaces, penthouse units, and standard model units at daytime and twilight. The shoot included drone aerials, neighborhood context shots along Sunset Boulevard, and day-to-night transitions. Deliverables included a primary cinematic video, a condensed PMAX cut for performance marketing, and vertical social media reels for Instagram and TikTok.
