Q Topanga is a modern apartment community positioned near shopping, dining, and everyday conveniences. Production took place over three days, beginning with capturing empty b roll of the building, units, and amenities, followed by a dedicated day focused on working with talent. We directed and filmed lifestyle scenes featuring residents using amenity spaces, valet service, and nearby retail to show how the property fits into daily life. All footage was shaped into one cohesive, streamlined video designed specifically for the website homepage, balancing property detail with people and movement.
