THE BRIEF
Create video content that supports leasing and marketing while capturing the lifestyle and waterfront setting of a harbor side multifamily community.
Portside Ventura Harbor is a residential community located within Ventura Harbor, positioned next to the marina, restaurants, and coastal walkways. We produced video only for this project, capturing the building, amenities, and unit interiors with an emphasis on movement and flow. Lifestyle clips were filmed alongside the main coverage to show how residents use the surrounding harbor and public spaces. The final videos were built for leasing and digital marketing, giving the client a strong visual set without photography.
