We planned the production property by property, using site plans and PID information to map coverage across the full park. Ground-level photography and video documented building entrances, office facades, warehouse elevations, loading areas, tenant activity, landscaping, and the relationships between buildings across the campus. Daylight and sunset coverage gave Link a broader range of assets for leasing, portfolio marketing, and future campaigns.

The bulk of the ground production was completed on the first day. We returned the following day for the authorized drone window, capturing aerial views that established the park’s scale, freeway access, surrounding industrial market, and proximity to DFW Airport.

Final delivery included edited photography alongside the complete RAW photo and video libraries. Every asset was custom-named and organized by PID, property, and address so Link’s internal marketing team could immediately locate content for individual buildings. Port America was produced as part of the same regional assignment as Northern Virginia Industrial Park, creating a consistent visual and organizational system across both markets.
