Piney Place is a custom residence in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, set against open land and mountain views and designed as a statement build for the developer. We traveled on site for a three day production to fully capture the home and its surroundings, filming across daytime, twilight, and sunrise. Coverage included drone footage, ground video, detailed photography, and timelapses to show both craftsmanship and setting. The final media presents the home as both a refined build and a place defined by its location, giving the developer a complete visual package for marketing and presentation.
