Create photo and video content that supports leasing and marketing while clearly presenting the building, amenities, and overall living experience.
Overland & Ayres is a multifamily community designed around modern interiors and shared amenity spaces. We produced leasing focused photo and video content showcasing model units, common areas, and the overall flow of the property. Video and photography were captured together to maintain consistency across all deliverables, resulting in a cohesive media set built for listings, digital marketing, and ongoing leasing use. This production was created for Greystar.
