THE BRIEF
Create a comprehensive photo and video media package for the south section of this Redmond business center.
Overlake Business Center South is the southern section of the 371,000-square-foot Overlake Business Center campus, located at 4002-4014 148th Avenue NE in Redmond's Overlake Business Area. This section of the park provides additional office and office/warehouse space within the same tech-adjacent corridor, near I-405 and Highway 520 with access to Downtown Bellevue and the broader Eastside market. We produced ground photography at daytime and twilight with exterior detail shots, drone photo and video at daytime, sunset, and twilight showcasing the south campus and individual buildings, and raw ground video footage for Link Parks' in-house production team.
